As a Community Services Initiative I set up The Avah Shilah Project, totally inspired by the amazing life I have and the birth of my Twins. I wanted to find a way to return my gratitude for the life I have and the countless times I have encountered kindness in both my personal and professional life.
Through the sale of Random Acts of Kindness Cards this Project aims to highlight the effectiveness of Kindness in the Community and how Small Business can make a difference in people's lives.
I am passionate about helping others elevate to the next level by sharing my knowledge, expertise and experience over a variety of Platforms. My approach to business is delivered on a holistic level, this ensures ultimate outcomes for everyone involved.
I carry the integrity of an Australian Registered Business and have Memberships and Insurances according to my diverse Business Environments and inline with the Australian TGA.

I am an Author, Trainer and Workshop Facilitator in Beauty and Personal Development.
Being a mother to six (including a set of twins!) is no easy feat. Doing so along with being a small business owner, pursuing my dreams, and helping others reach their goals is nothing short of amazing for me. It is my achievements in life that have afforded me the ability to pass on my knowledge of self-discovery and share my most intimate stories and build businesses that truly inspire and motivate others.
It is important to note that not only do I carry the weight of experience, but I am also diversely educated in a number of fields.
In addition, I bear the integrity of an Australian Registered Business and have memberships and insurances according to to my multiple business environments and in line with the Australian TGA.
After working in the corporate world for many years, I left to devote myself wholly to the entrepreneurship of my businesses in Spraytanning, Teeth Whitening and Skincare. In 2018, I co-authored the #1 best-selling book, Better Woman Better World. I contributed again in 2020 by co-authoring a second book, Empowering Women which quickly climbed international charts. I have had the honour of being included in the Women's Journal for 2019/20.
My workshops are designed to help others learn their true purpose in life and to encourage any person of any age to live their best life possible and love what they do. I believe in positive healing and the power of manifestations.
